Position requires a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related STEM field and 5 years of academic or employment experience working on mutagenesis, protein engineering, or display technologies. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with molecular cloning, library design, and next-generation sequencing-based analysis; 5 years of experience with phage, yeast, and mammalian surface display platforms; 5 years of experience with independently designing and executing complex molecular biology experiments; and 5 years of experience with developing high diversity libraries for deep mutational scanning. Up to 5% domestic and international travel may be required.
