Description
About Perch Fertility
Perch Fertility is a boutique reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice founded by Dr. Meir Olcha, our Medical Director and a double board-certified specialist in OB/GYN and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. We were built on a simple premise: every patient’s fertility journey is unique, and their care should be too. We provide highly personalized treatment — from comprehensive diagnostics and modified low-dose IVF to embryo genetic testing, fertility preservation, and inclusive family-building care for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.
Our laboratory is the heart of our practice and is led by Dr. Bryan T. Kloos, PhD, HCLD (ABB), an internationally recognized IVF laboratory director. Together with Dr. Olcha, he has built a lab environment that combines world-class scientific leadership with the warmth and attention to detail of a small practice — and now we are looking for the right person to anchor it day to day.
