The candidate will characterize the PD-L1 adaptive signaling response in triple-negative breast cancer and high-garde serous ovarian cancer in response to the DNA-DSB repair inhibitor _(E)-8-nitrononadec-7-enoic acid, in in vitro and in vivo models. The candidate will utilize basic methods in molecular biology such as tissue culture, cloning, cell transfection immunoblotting, and FACS analysis, as well as order reagents and manage the inventory of the laboratory.
Requirements are: PhD in Cancer biology, 5 years of experience/exposure in Redox Biology and Chemistry
