About Oneskin
#BeLimitless with OneSkin
Come redefine the future of aging with us. We're a longevity company. Everything we do, we do to help people age at the best version of themselves.
Our founding team is made up of four PhDs and entrepreneurial minds on a mission to transform the way we think about skin and aging. As the pioneers of skin health and longevity, we create science-based, clinically effective products to optimize skin and body health and provide support for people at every step of their “growing limitless” journey. Our longevity approach targets the root causes of aging using a proprietary peptide designed to decrease the accumulation of aged (senescent cells) in the skin -- and is the first product proven to reduce skin biological age in humans.
We never settle and we continuously challenge existing treatments and methodologies to advance the frontier of skin science. As we help our customers grow limitless, we grow too -- by embracing individuality and differences, leading by example, and empowering ourselves and others with our passion for science, optimal health and innovation.
We are limitless. It's our mantra. Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to live life the fullest regardless of their age.
The Role
As a Product Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of innovative, science-led skincare products. You will help guide product concepts through each stage of the development lifecycle, supporting research, ingredient selection, sampling, testing, and formulation/iteration of prototypes to explore texture, performance, and compatibility. You’ll assist in compiling technical and regulatory documentation, managing timelines and cross-functional workflows, and supporting beta testing programs by coordinating and analyzing user feedback. Your work will ensure that each product is rigorously tested, aligned with brand goals, and efficiently transitioned from concept to launch. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product and works closely with Regulatory, R&D, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate raw materials, including requesting samples, reviewing technical documentation, and maintaining ingredient libraries.
- Formulate and iterate early-stage prototypes to explore texture, efficacy, and ingredient compatibility.
- Compile scientific dossiers, regulatory documents, and supporting data for internal review and external manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate sample creation, labeling, and shipments for internal testing, beta tests, and third-party clinical testing partners.
- In collaboration with the Product Marketing team, help plan and execute beta testing programs, including tester surveys, managing feedback collection, and synthesizing user insights.
- Track and report on product performance benchmarks, user feedback, and formula adjustments throughout the development cycle.
- Help source and evaluate primary packaging options in collaboration with the Product and Design teams, and coordinate compatibility testing of formulas with selected components to ensure stability, usability, and performance across real-world conditions.
- Support Product project management by maintaining development timelines, managing documentation, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Maintain an organized, meticulous digital archive of formulas, sample history, testing results, and technical documentation and retain high standards for experimental execution, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all processes.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to combine scientific research and operational leadership, making a significant impact on the development of innovative skincare solutions.
