Lab Technician
The University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery is hiring temporary Lab Technician.
The employee will be responsible for contributing to a high energy neuroscience laboratory. Required skills for this temporary 30-37.5 hour/week position include experience handling mice and willingness to learn cutting edge mouse procedures. Tasks will include performing minor procedures on mice, as well as husbandry and genotyping. In addition, the employee will assist with cell culture assays as needed.
Minimum education and requirements to be considered: BA or BS in biology or related field and 1-3 years of experience working with rodents
