Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This technician is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the performance of all Molecular Diagnostic test procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of bacterial, viral and fungal diseases of animals.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
Experience in a microbiology, medical technology, veterinary diagnostic, commercial or public health laboratory.

Lift 40 pounds unassisted. Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time.

Perform Molecular Diagnostic test procedures for the diagnosis of animal and human diseases under BSL2, enhanced BSL2 and BSL3 conditions.
